This Privacy Policy describes how eCommerce360 (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you install or use the 3Dify Shopify application (“App”).

3Dify allows Shopify merchants to generate interactive 3D product models from product images, manage generated assets, and display those models on storefront product pages.

By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide the App’s functionality.

The App is designed for merchants and does not intentionally collect or process customer payment information or sensitive customer personal data.

a) Store Information

When you install and use the App, we automatically receive certain information from Shopify, including:

Shopify store name
myshopify.com domain
Merchant contact email
Shopify authentication data and access tokens
App installation status
Store-related configuration settings

Why We Collect It

b) Product & Media Data

The App processes product-related data required to generate and display 3D models.

Product images selected by merchants
Product metafields related to App functionality

Data Generated & Stored

The App may generate and store:

AI-generated 3D model files
model metadata
generation job status information
product-to-model associations
storefront display configuration

Why We Collect It

We process this information solely to:

generate 3D product models
associate generated models with Shopify products
display 3D models on storefronts
manage model generation workflows
improve App reliability and functionality

c) Operational & Technical Data

We may store limited operational data necessary for secure App operation, including:

authentication sessions
generation job records
model storage references
installation status
error and system logs necessary for troubleshooting and service reliability

d) Data We Do NOT Collect

The App does not intentionally collect, process, or store:

customer payment card information
banking information
customer passwords
customer shipping addresses
customer billing addresses
customer browsing activity for advertising purposes
advertising profiles
marketing tracking data

We also do not sell merchant or customer information.

2. AI & Model Generation

3D model generation functionality relies on third-party AI processing infrastructure.

Product images selected by merchants may be securely transmitted to third-party AI processing providers solely for the purpose of generating 3D assets requested by the merchant.

We do not use merchant product images or generated models to train our own AI systems.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information solely to:

provide and operate the App
generate 3D product models
store and serve generated 3D assets
associate models with Shopify products
authenticate merchants
maintain App functionality
troubleshoot technical issues
improve service reliability and performance
maintain security and prevent abuse

We do not sell or rent merchant data.

4. Data Storage

Application and operational data may be stored using secure cloud infrastructure providers.

Generated 3D model assets are stored using secure object storage infrastructure.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect stored information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or share merchant data for advertising or marketing purposes.

We may share limited information only:

with infrastructure and cloud service providers necessary to operate the App
with AI processing providers required for 3D model generation
when required by law or legal process
to protect our rights, systems, users, or security
to prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats

Third-party providers are used solely for operational purposes related to App functionality.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain App-related data for as long as necessary to provide App functionality and maintain operational continuity.

Generated models and related configuration data may continue to be retained after app uninstallation for backup, restoration, reinstallation support, security, operational, or record-keeping purposes.

Merchants may request deletion of App-related data at any time by contacting us using the details below.

We may delete inactive or unused data periodically at our discretion.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including:

secure Shopify authentication mechanisms
restricted infrastructure access controls
secure storage systems
dependency and infrastructure security updates

8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

3Dify does not use advertising cookies or marketing tracking technologies.

The App may use essential authentication or session-related technologies necessary for secure operation within Shopify.
